Included in the library is a digitized version of the mandated Combined Hazards Book, which boasts a unique feature: a separate file containing only the signature page and Earthquake Hazards Report. When emailed with the Combined Hazards book and signed by your client, the separate signature/report file allows you to comply with mandated California disclosure requirements.  Additionally, the separate signature and Earthquake Hazards Report page permit the buyer or seller to review the Combined Hazards Book on their monitor instead of printing all 79 pages, which makes good, green sense for everyone.
