Key Findings of this survey include:
- New Members accounted for 48.2 percent of all members, the largest New Member group ever, while Seasoned Members as a share of members fell to 51.8 percent.
- Nine in ten members underwent training classes and/or seminars and three in ten held professional real estate designations.
- Half of all members were attracted by the name recognition or company image when choosing a firm with which to practice real estate; at the same time, a firms business philosophy is becoming an important policy when attracting New Members.
