Course Description

As a PMC and/or PMM certificate holder, it is important to stay up to date with the current information, laws, and forms associated with property management. This course satisfies that requirement.

Who Should Take the Two-Hour Course?
Since information within the real estate industry is constantly being updated and changing it is highly recommended you take this two-hour course to better serve your property management business. If you completed your certification courses in 2019 (or after that), you are required by C.A.R. Education to take a renewal course every two years to maintain your certification. This course satisfies that requirement and it’s perfect for licensees and non-licensees.

This course will educate you with essential information about residential and commercial property management. Learn the latest laws, updated forms, and new information about property management. The course is broken down into chapters to the courses you have taken in the past.

You may cancel a course without penalty at any time up to two (2) days prior to your course. Those who book within two (2) days are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. To make an eligible request to cancel, please send an email to education@car.org and identify the name of the course and include the order number associated with the purchase of the course. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was made.

Purchasing for other people
All purchases must be made by the person attending the course and no substitutions will be allowed. Certificates can only be issued in the name of the person who purchased the course.
