Items purchased from C.A.R. Business Products cannot be returned to or exchanged at a physical store (such as your local Association or Board of REALTORS®). Items must be returned by mail. All shipments should be inspected immediately, as returns must be made within 10 Business Days after your receipt of the item. Items may not be returned (and refunds will not be issued) more than 10 business days after your receipt of an item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping charges for returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item to you. Please provide documentation of your return shipping costs with your damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item (such as a copy of your receipt).
Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before you return an item, please contact the C.A.R. Customer Contact Center at (213) 739-8227 to receive a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. After you receive an RMA number for your item, write the RMA number on your packing slip, and mail (1) the original (or a copy of your) packing slip with RMA number, and (2) your item to:

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items. A restocking charge of 15% may be imposed on any item returned in its original condition, unless the item is damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent to you. Refunds will be given in the same manner of original payment.
Return Policy for all Online, Live Lecture, Face2Face™, and LearnMyWay™Courses
Transfer, cancellation and refund policy:
You may transfer to a future session or cancel without penalty at any time up to seven (7) days prior to your course. If you provide C.A.R. Education with less than a seven (7) day notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire course fee. Cancellations, transfers, and refunds must be received in writing by email to Trecie at email@example.com. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive course materials or may be subject to a cancellation fee for downloadable PDF materials.

If the item is damaged or defective due to no fault of yours, we will promptly repair the item or provide you with a replacement item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide you with a refund including your original and return shipping charges. Please provide documentation of your return shipping costs with your damaged or defective item (such as a copy of your receipt).
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with C.A.R. Business Products, please call (213) 739-8227 as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as soon as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will only refund the purchase price to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping and Tax Calculation
Shipping is calculated at 4% of your order total, with a minimum shipping charge of $4.50. California residents will be taxed at 9.75% on taxable items.
Credit (California REALTOR® Associations only)
C.A.R. Business Products will extend credit to California REALTOR® Associations that have maintained a satisfactory payment history with the Accounts Receivable department. Order Fulfillment and Shipping (California REALTOR® Associations only)
Each calendar month, C.A.R. Business Products will pay the shipping costs for the first order placed through the store.car.org website. The first order placed will receive free shipping at the time the order is placed at store.car.org and shipped to one location.
