Twice a year, C.A.R.’s forms committee authorizes the release of new and revised forms. Even though there are over 60 forms being addressed in June 2023, most are minor changes. This class will focus on the 15 more consequential changes that are most likely to affect your real estate transactions and practice. Learn directly from C.A.R.’s forms committee attorney and stay up to date on these changes and understand the importance of these new and revised C.A.R. forms.
