Promotion Period: The 2025 LearnMyWay® Zoom Webinar Course Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on October 21, 2025 (“Promotion Start Date”) and will end on the date of the last LearnMyWay® Zoom Webinar Course offered in December 2025. (“Promotion End Date”). All entries, including mailed entries, must be received by 11:00 a.m. PT on the Promotion End Date.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to individuals, who, at the time of entry, (i) live or work in California, and (ii) are 18 years of age or older. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of C.A.R. and its affiliated companies not eligible to participate in the Prize Drawings. All federal, state, and local laws, and regulations apply. Participants agree that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these rules, and further agree to be bound by the decisions of C.A.R., which are binding and final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes and prizes won.
How To Enter: The following (11) LearnMyWay® Zoom Webinar Courses (each a “Course”) will be offered during the Promotion Period:
Five (5) Courses will be offered in October:

Two (2) Courses will be offered in December:
· Your Guide to The California Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) - LearnMyWay®
· C.A.R. New and Revised Forms update for December 2025 release - LearnMyWay®
Each Course will have its own separating drawing, and there will be a total of eleven (11) individual prize drawings (each, a “Prize Drawing”). Participants will be automatically entered into a Prize Drawing for each Course purchased through store.car.org during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase counts as one (1) entry for the corresponding Course drawing. You may also obtain an entry by writing your full name, complete address, email address, phone number, and title of the Course for which the entry is submitted on a 3 x 5 card and mailing it, postage prepaid, to CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSâ, 2025 LearnMyWay® Zoom Webinar Course Sweepstakes, 915 L. Street, #1460, Sacramento, CA 95814. Each postcard will count as one (1) entry into the drawing for the corresponding Course provided it is received during the Promotion Period. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES. LIMIT UP TO ELEVEN (11) ENTRIES PER PERSON BY ANY MEANS. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of C.A.R. They will not be returned or acknowledged. C.A.R. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete and illegible e-mails or entry materials, or for any computer-related, online, telephonic, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, forged, mechanically reproduced or obtained through fraud or theft. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that all decisions of C.A.R. are final.
Prizes and Odds of Winning: A total of eleven (11) prizes will be awarded, one (1) prize per Course drawing. The prize for each Course held in October will consist of one (1) $30 Amazon gift card. The prize for each Course held in November will consist of one (1) $50 Amazon gift card. The prize for each Course held in December will consist of one (1) $75 Amazon gift card. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $500. Odds of winning each prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for each Course drawing. Multiple purchases or entries (including postcard mail entries) for a single Course will not increase a participant’s chances of winning a prize for that Course (or any other Course). Winner Selection: Drawing will take place during the class broadcast, following the conclusion of the instructor’s presentation for each Course. C.A.R. staff will select one (1) winner from all eligible entries. Participants need not be present to win. The winners will be notified by email or regular mail, at C.A.R.'s discretion. The prizes will be delivered by email approximately within 2-4 weeks, at C.A.R.'s discretion. If a potential winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Official Rules, or is ineligible, C.A.R. may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and C.A.R. may select an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. C.A.R. does not assume any responsibility for misdirected, late or non-delivered mail or e-mail.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are allowed except by C.A.R., who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Taxes and any costs associated with the receipt of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Gift Card issuer rules and restrictions apply. If, for any reason, a scheduled Course is cancelled, no drawing will be held for that Course, and no prize will be awarded in connection with that Course.
Privacy: Any information collected will be subject to the Privacy Policy, located on the C.A.R. website at https://store.car.org/pages/rebs-online-privacy-policy. Please note that by accepting the Official Rules you are also accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants release and hold harmless C.A.R., respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and related entities (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize from or arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes.
