Your 2-hour virtual session will cover the zipForm or Transact topic of your choice. Some suggested topics include***:

• Assistant/TC Benefit – invite your Assistant or TC to work in your zipForm account on your behalf
• Digital Signatures – using Authentisign and DocuSign
• Navigating the Form Editor – understanding the functions and features inside the form editor
• Share function/zipCommunity – sending fillable forms to clients
• Navigating Transact – create your Transact account, toggle between zipForm and Transact to manage transactions in both systems, and learn the workflow of a transaction in the new transaction management system

The session will be recorded, and you will receive the recording link via email the following day. The link is good for 90 days.

PREREQUISITE: Please be on time for your appointment and ensure that your computer is on and ready to go. We use Zoom for virtual sessions. You can download the free Zoom Workplace app to your device if you like, or you can join the meeting in your browser.
