C.A.R. TC Directory Details
Transaction Coordinators that are part of the Directory program have provided appropriate information to the California Association of REALTORS®. Individuals that are listed in the Directory have provided satisfactory information to indicate they have:

• Completed C.A.R.'s Certified Transaction Coordinator (17+ hour) education program and/or have renewed their certification
• Established an online website or other online presence (LinkedIn page, Facebook Business profile, etc) where they can be reached by C.A.R. members
• Provided information indicating which Transaction Management software they use currently in their real estate business
• If available, provided information to confirm their existing and active Real Estate License for the State of California
• If available, provided information to confirm their existing E&O and/or Business Liability insurance coverage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Transaction Coordinators can subscribe to be part of the Directory program for (1) year or two (2) years at $99.00 and $149.00 respectively. Subscriptions are good for one (1) year or two (2) years, depending on the subscription period you select. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by sending an email to education@car.org specifically requesting a cancellation or modification. If we receive your cancellation email within the first five (5) calendar days after your subscription is placed (“Refund Period”), we will refund your subscription fee. There will be no refunds if you cancel your subscription after the Refund Period or if your TC Certification expires during your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period, unless we receive an email from you five (5) calendar days before the end of your subscription period requesting non-renewal. If you cancel your subscription after the Refund Period and before the end of your subscription period, your information will also be removed from the TC Directory.

You understand and agree that you may not advertise, without C.A.R.’s prior written approval, that you are endorsed or affiliated with C.A .R. in any way.
