C.A.R. New and Revised Forms - December 2025 - ONLINE ANYTIME

Course Description: 

Twice a year, C.A.R.’s forms committee authorizes the release of new and revised forms. There are 40 forms being released in December 2025. This class will focus on the most consequential changes that are most likely to affect your real estate practice, including the RPA, BRBC, RLA, SPQ, SOLAR and the mostly new Realtor Acknowledgement and Disclosure (or RAD).

This class will also address subtle but meaningful changes to the counter offer and multiple listing forms, necessary changes to lease/rental forms, and a hopefully short-lived form addressing offers on properties damaged by the January Southern California wildfires. That is a whole lot for 1-hour. Be sure to show up on time and get your money’s worth.
