This Distressed Properties course focuses on the process which a real estate borrower will experience when facing financial difficulties due the inability to fulfill their contractual commitment to Lenders. Non-payment of a secured loan can lead to a loss of the real estate asset through a short sale, foreclosure, or bankruptcy. This course will help navigate how to process with Borrowers and Lenders and apply an appropriate solution if traditional marketing of the property is not effective.
