In this course, the GRI instructor will guide students as they explore various technological tools and how those tools can impact their real estate business positively. Students will explore real estate technology that relates to their online presences including marketing basics (from social media to other formats), and website accessibility. This course will help determine what type of technology would be appropriate for your own practice and give general guidance on how to leverage resources like Emails, Digital Assistants, Transaction Management, Generative AI, and more. By understanding what technology can do to enhance the careers of real estate professionals, you will remain updated on the constant changes in the world of technology.

2. Marketing on the Internet 101
3. Social Networking / Mobile format
4. Email deliverability
5. Website Accessibility
6. Digital Assistants

These courses will count towards achieving your Graduate, REALTOR® Institute Designation, which does not expire nor need to be renewed. This is a nationally recognized designation for REALTORS®.
 
When completing the GRI series of courses, this course can be taken in place of GRI-107. Good luck pursuing your GRI Designation!
