This is a self-guided online course that you take at your own pace. This course is available 24/7. This is a non-credit course for licensees. 2.0 Legal MCLE is offered.

This course will educate Mediators and Arbitrators on the compensation issues that may arise in a real estate transaction between brokers and principals. Additionally, the course covers legal issues, contractual duties and obligations contained in the California Residential Listing and Buyer Representation Agreements.

It is the desire of the course preparers that the Mediator or Arbitrator, armed with increased substantive knowledge, can bring their own unique skill set to the mediation or arbitration process and be more effective in resolving residential real estate disputes.
