Course Description

How do I manage my own transaction? Could I really manage transactions as a TC for other agents? This one-of-a-kind series of TC classes are going to help you answer those questions and more. Take a tour of relevant contracts, details, and everything else a TC needs to be good at to make it in CA real estate. Learn the ins and outs of the independent business and contractor side of things and then expand on that with helpful tools and tips. All 3 of these classes brought to you in one series at a discounted rate by C.A.R. Education. When you complete the first 2 classes in this series, you’re that much closer to your TC Certification!

Transaction Coordination 1 and 2 are part of the CTC (Certified Transaction Coordinator) Certification. PDF course materials will be provided to you in confirmation zoom emails. Additional information about logging-on for the webinar will be sent to you in an email after you have registered for the course.

If applicable, exams and/or recordings will be made available before 5pm on the business day after the broadcast ends. At that point, all eligible participants for exams and recordings will be notified via email. Recordings are not available for CE courses or NAR Designations/Certifications. Exams will be administered by OnlineEd.com.
